Mum's are special. We should tell them that every day, but we don't.
But once a year we really do take the time to tell Mum that we love her and that she means the world to us.
Mother's Day, in the UK, was traditionally a day when girls in service were allowed the day off to return to their 'mother' church and then spend the day with their family. Often walking many miles to return home for the day, the girls would pick a posy of flowers from the road side to take home as a gift for their mother.
This year, Mother's Day falls on Sunday 14th of March, so make sure you take the time to find that perfect card and gift that shows your Mum how truly special she is.
We've put together a Mother's Day page to help you find that perfect present and card.
I love those tulips! x
