... and After!

As promised, here are some 'After' shots of my re-modelled studio, featuring an extra work surface and more storage.

I do love IKEA!

No excuses now - time to get creative!

Thank you for the kind comments - a good clear out has been so theraputic! The little glass jars are from Ikea and are filled with buttons, beads, sequins, pushpins etc. I have many little projects for them in my mind - it's just finding the time to play!

Happy New Year!
Your studio looks wonderfully organised. I too love IKEA, especially when it comes to storage ideas. I love the little jars in the drawer.
We have enjoyed the snow here, sledging in the fields and building snowmen, great fun!
Have a lovely weekend
Warm wishes

Wow! I am v envious, I open my work cupboards and I get attacked by falling objects! My fabric collection (mostly tiny scraps spills out like the magic porridge pot) I need to follow your example I think. Love the pretty jars - they are too pretty to be hidden away though! x

What a great studio space! The drawers look great for paper. I'm stuggling with a huge portfolio case which takes up most of my studio every time I open it up!
Thanks for letting us take a peep. I saw your link on Twitter.

What a fab workspace! Everything in it's place. My workroom is a tip - too much stuff, too small a room! Very envious of yours - I bet it's very inspirational with all the lovely materials and that garden view. x

You have all been so kind with all your lovely comments - just a little re-jigging and re-organising has made all the difference! Still sorting out the pile I didn't show you! But it has made a big difference to the way I work!
