Friday's sure do come around quickly and this week I lost half a pound. Not a huge loss but a loss nevertheless. I had a big 3 and a half pound loss last week so see it as an average 2lb a week. Slow and steady is how I want to lose it, so it has a chance of staying off forever!
I was asked to share a non-scale victory over on Instagram today and the size 12 jeans I was ecstatic about wearing 6 weeks ago, are now too big and I've had to have an extra 3 holes punched into my belt.
I'm still walking and enjoying seeing the odd sign that Spring is on it's way.
I've kept to my goal of cooking something different each week. This week I made a Lancashire Hotpot which was delicious and I've had a go at making Butternut Squash chips - yum!
So a good week but I'm so looking forward to the weekend and a little lie in tomorrow morning.
I have no plans - just time at home with the children as Jeff has to work.

Well done on losing the weight.You are doing it the right way, slowly. I need to get out more walking but it is just too cold at the moment.

size 12 jeans too small !! wow ...that's amazing x I haven't joined anything yet but have been changing my food choices and portions and have lost 1/2 stone so far....only another 2 and 1/2 to go lol ! But well done Becky you really are an inspiration xxx
