Friday Weigh-in!


Yay! another 2lbs off this week whilst eating all this delicious food!


That's 42lbs off in 21 weeks and saw me get my 3 stone Award today at group.
Pretty chuffed with myself - also set my target weight today.


I have very few 'big' photo's as I would never let anyone take my picture, except for these two, taken for the Ideal Home magazine feature back in July 2011. I'm now 4 and a half stone lighter than the first picture and 3 stone lighter than the middle picture which marks the start of my Slimming World journey. I hope that is it gone forever this time - another 19lbs to lose and then the hard work really begins, staying there!!

Well done you. What a difference.
I have put on extra lbs since xmas. But have not got the will power yet to slim. As soon as the good weather starts it will go with all the dog walking I do.
I hope you are treating yourself to a new wardrobe of clothes, you look fab.

Wow! How different you look now. Well done! Yes, I do believe the hard bit will be maintaining but I am sure you can do it as you have shown such determination with your weight loss. You are an inspiration. Mandy x

Well done Becky, you look fantastic. I am at the start of my journey with SW and have lost 3lbs so far, despite several celebrations during the last month. With no more celebrations ahead until mid-march I'm hoping to emulate your progress of a steady 2lb each week and will use your photos as inspiration for my own journey. Thank you. Joy x x

Thanks Joy - slow and steady is my motto! The plan is great and at the end of the day it's a lifestyle change, so I'd rather lose just a pound or two a week and keep it off x

Thanks Mandy - the plan is so good, I'm hoping the maintaining bit will be okay. Once you reach target you can still go to group for free, as long as you stay 3lb either side of your target, so I'm hoping that'll keep me on the straight and narrow x
