House for SALE!

Our house is up for sale - has been since January.
The reason it's up for sale is because I want a slightly bigger studio space.
It's in the beautiful town of Shepton Mallet, Somerset and I can promise you it's been loved and looked after - all I have to do now is find someone who would like to buy it.

We have only had 3 viewings so far - I guess that says a lot about the current economic climate at the moment - everyone has loved it but......

There is always a but, but the 1st couple wanted a B&B (it's too small for that), the 2nd couple wanted a bigger garden and viewing number 3 takes place in 20minutes!

It's on the market with Geoffrey Smith Estate Agents in Shepton Mallet- so get in contact with them if you want to come and view or pass on the info on, to someone who might!

Wow your home is amazing, it is all your personal touches that make it beautiful, if I viewed your home I would want to keep all your beautiful furniture and I would have to get you to come back and do the interior design for me,otherwise I would never be able to get it to look so nice, the lovely reds and all the dots and spots and that bedroom is so lovely! Best of luck with the sale, fingers crossed, 3rd time lucky.

Hope you find a buyer, you certainly couldn't make it more appealing as it's gorgeous.

If I had a house as beautiful I don't think I'd be able to leave it behind!

Happy selling
